All healing sessions and readings are first and foremost about embodying more light, love and healing in your life. Acknowledging that you are a whole being, your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual nature are all taken into account. In that light, Allison may combine intuitive energy healing, Reiki, Access Bars® Technique, life coaching, and mindfulness or meditation approaches into your healing sessions to facilitate the deepest transformation. Energy Healing

Energy healing is based on the awareness that we are all energy beings living in the physical realm. Fostering a healthy, clear, balanced life; taking care of our life force energy, emotional well being and spiritual self are all essential to keeping us vibrant on all levels. Your body and soul need to be tended to and nurtured for optimum health and well being. Emotional, physical or spiritual challenges can indicate that your life force energy has simply become unbalanced or blocked in one or more areas of your life. Energy healing sessions work directly with your emotional body, energy field, and the infinite light within your own being to restore balance, clear and harmonize your entire system, and to awaken your body and soul's healing wisdom. These sessions call upon Universal healing energy, your higher self, the Divine presence that is available to us at all times and carries the potent reminder that Light and Love is our true essence.

Akashic Records Reading

Akasha is a Sanskrit word meaning, “primary substance,” that out of which all things are formed. The Akashic Records is an energetic archive of information that contains the details of your soul and its human journey. The Records span through past lives, present incarnations, and future possibilities. The Akashic Record is an infinite spiritual resource that is available to all of us to use for empowerment, healing, and to deepen in personal and spiritual growth and transformation.

In an Akashic Reading I will access your Akashic Records and we will look into the particular facets of your life - the challenges, patterns and blocks as well as gifts, hopes and dreams, and any area in which you are seeking guidance - from the point of view of your soul and the perspective of the Akashic field. Just being in the loving and non-judgmental energy of this sacred realm can help with every area of life and leave you feeling renewed and uplifted. To prepare for a reading it is good to have a few questions ready in advance. The best questions are specific, open ended questions that begin with the words; who, what, why and how.

The intention of an Akashic Reading is to help empower you to make soul inspired choices and decisions that will best serve your life. In this regard it is not a psychic reading or a prediction of the future. The Akashic Realm seeks only to help you remember the Divine co-creator that you are.

While this is not a mediumship session, loved ones may show up to convey a message if they feel it will serve your spiritual development. 

Access Bars®

An Access Bars® session is a gentle hands-on treatment to 32 points on your head that, when gently touched, effortlessly, and easily helps you to release anything that stops you from feeling joy and ease in your life. These points of energy run through and around your head storing the electromagnetic charge or build-up of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, judgements, beliefs, emotions, and considerations you have learned or acquired throughout your lifetime. The 32 bars points correspond to different areas of life, including everything you think, feel and believe about your body, about control, about creativity and creation, about power, about the process of ageing, healing, about money, kindness, time, communication, hopes and dreams, and more.

What does an Access Bars session feel like?

Having your ‘Bars run’ (receiving a session) is relaxing, gentle and peaceful; imagine the after-effects of a great massage or walk in nature. At worst, that’s all you’ll feel! At best, you can feel a sense of total ease, unlike anything else, that starts to change your whole life.

Distance Healing

Distance healing (also called remote healing) radiates healing energy directly to clients through the power of focused intention. Energy is not bound by time and space, making it easy for healing to be sent at a distance, even to those many miles away. These sessions are by phone or via Zoom and begin with establishing your intention for healing, and talking about the issues or challenges you are seeking healing for. You are asked to prepare a comfortable space in your home (or wherever you will be for the session) beforehand where you can fully relax lying down, uninterrupted for 45 minutes once your intention is created.

Private Sound Healing Session

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound to restore balance and harmony to your mind, body and spirit. Using tools such as Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred healing instruments, I create a custom sound journey tailored to your unique needs. This vibrational healing helps to release energetic blockages, reduce stress, and promote a state of inner peace, calm and clarity. On a cellular level, sound frequencies stimulate healing by enhancing energy flow, restoring equilibrium, and supporting your body's natural ability to regenerate and heal, leading to increased physical, emotional and mental well-being. Spiritually, sound healing raises your vibrational frequency, deepening your connection to your higher self and fostering greater alignment with your soul's path.
